How to begin penis enlargement
Penis Enlargement - Introduction
Before giving into penis enlargement exercises, there are some basic starting guidelines that need to be taken into consideration. They can help you achieve and maintain the motivation necessary to stick with the program.
Before penis enlargement exercises: Measure your penis!
First thing you need to do, is to measure your penis initial erect size.
This enables you to keep track of every little increase in size, which
is a huge bonus for motivational success.
The best way to
measure your penis is to place a ruler on the upper side of the penis, and angle
it straight out of the body. Gently press the ruler straight into the fat above your pubic bone, called the fat pad. Measure to
the top of the glans. You have successfully done a BPEL measurement.
(Bone Pressed Erect Length).
Girth measurement is easiest done by wrapping a string or ribbon around
the thickest part of the shaft, and measuring the string with a ruler. Or
simply use a tape measure.
Note that some rulers has an empty space at each end, which can be as
big as 0.4 inches. If so, add these inches to your measure for a correct result.
When doing jelqing exercises: apply lubrication!
Getting hold of a good lubricant is essential for making your penis enlargement sessions a pleasant experience without hurting the skin. I recommend oil based ones made for intercourse, vaseline and some skin lotions. These offer good friction without getting too slippy. Try to see if you can find a lubricant that contains vitamin E, as this will speed up cell creation and recovering.
Determine your loss of tug (LOT)
Your penis loss of tug is a popular concept in the penis enlargement community. Basically, it defines how elastic the ligaments in the penis are, compared to the elasticity and "toughness" of the tunica, which is a fibrous, outer layer surrounding the shaft. Depending the states of these two factors, you should do different types of stretching excercises accordingly.
There are theories that correctly defining your loss of tug can considerably make your penis enlargement exercises more effective. Having a high LOT means that you should concentrate more on stretching, as this will lengthen your short ligaments and give you very quick length gains. people with low LOT should instead concentrate on stretching the tunica by stretching downwards.
How do you define your Loss Of Tug?
Defining loss of tug is done by a very easy exercise which we can call "The clockwork LOT test".
Start out by holding your flaccid penis firmly with an OK grip just below your glans. Stretch your penis upwards (12:00), and while holding, do a basic kegel (quick clench). Do you feel the tug-back? This is the ligaments working. Work your way downwards, doing them diagonally (10:30), kegel, straight out (9:00), kegel, and on your way down to 6:00 (straight down).
Now, depending on where the "tug back" ends, this is your LOT. If you feel tugback below 9:00, you should focus on stretching the ligaments as they seem to be short. If you however doesn't feel tugback below 9:00, your ligaments are loose and good and does not hinder length growth, hence focus on the tunica.
12:00 is the highest LOT value, and 6:00 is the lowest.
Warm up: Essential before any penis enlargement session!
Warm up is extremely important to avoid damage, and also to
increase the efficiency of penis enlargement exercises. Visit our article on warm-up alternatives to learn about this crucial element of penis enlargement.
Take it easy!
Do not rush things at start! The cell tissue in a penis has a strict adaption curve of how much you can pressure it. Overdoing exercises in the beginning will result in bruises, and in worse case can lead to vein damage like thrombosed veins. Proceed gently and listen to your body, and gradually increase intensity as weeks pass by.
