Girth jelqing - how is it done?

In order to increase the girth of the penis, we must expand the three spongy main chambers in the penis, called corpus cavernosum. This is done by forcing excess blood into them, which stimulates cell divination and growth. This is one of the effects of standard wet jelqing. Standard jelqing provides well enough pressure for beginners to stimulate girth growth. But as we work the corpus cavernosum with jelqing, it toughen up and get seasoned for more pressure. We may even hit a plateau in girth gains! When this happens, we can use the following girth jelqing exercises to continue girth gains!

NOTE!
If you do these exercises without doing at least three months of standard jelqing, you put yourself in risk for unnecessary damage! As a beginner, you will NOT gain girth any faster my doing these exercises!


The girth jelqing exercises - Squeezes

There are several types of squeeze exercises, but all consist of the same basic principle - forcing excess blood into the penis.

Unlike traditional jelqing, squeezes are mainly done by creating passive prolonged pressure with various hand grips. This creates an even pressure to the corpus cavernosum which really forces it to expand!

The following exercises are referred to as the basic squeeze exercises. All of them has arose from the penis enlargement community and founded by experimental members.


The ULI Squeeze

This girth gaining exercise was developed by and named after a dedicated member of the penis community, "ULIstretch". It is easy to perform and is the safest among squeeze exercises. However, USE CAUTION when initiating them. Use very soft pressure the first couple of times doing them. Penile damage only slow down growth.

  1. Start off by getting yourself a 80-95% erection. You should begin with a softer state and increase erection level as you need thorough the ULI set.
  2. Grab the base of your penis with an reverse OK-grip (pinky finger down)
  3. Do a couple of strong, quick kegels to fill the penis with blood.
  4. Gently grab the shaft with your other hand, with an OK-grip, just above your initial OK-grip. While keeping your first OK-grip steady at the base of your penis, release your other OK-grip and move the grab upwards the shaft.
  5. Repeat this procedure until you grab straight under the glans. Each grab should last 10 sec at first, but you will work yourself up to managing grabs up to a minute.

This exercise should result in a feeling of strong internal pressure in the corpus cavernosum. If you don't feel it, you can summon additional pressure by moving the initial OK-sign grip slightly upward the shaft, squeezing more blood in the upper shaft.

The ULI squeeze is very effective for gaining glans girth and girth around the upper shaft. Some people say that strictly doing only ULI squeezes will result in a baseball bat look of your penis. We are, however, unsure of this. If your penis are transforming into a baseball bat, switch to other girth jelqing exercises :)


Horse 440 Squeeze

This penis girth exercise is similar to the ULI squeeze as how it works, but targets the whole shaft. This is an extremely powerful squeezing exercise, has the potential to create an enormous internal pressure. Therefore, you should really take it careful the first times you try it out. If you overdo Horse 440 squeezes, you are bound to damage yourself!

  1. Get a 80-95% erection and place an OK-grip firmly around the base of your penis.
  2. loosen your grip and kegel, then clasp your hand again. What you basically do is pump up the penis. Do this until you have a very firm erection.
  3. With your other hand, SLOWLY squeeze all the blood from your glans down to your shaft. Be very careful with this step! You can very easily damage yourself by squeezing to hard!
  4. Once all the blood from the glans is in the shaft, hold for 10 seconds. (longer time when you are more experienced).

If done right, this exercise should create an enormous internal pressure in your penis. Your penis should turn dark red and become very vascular with veins popping out everywhere. This is all signs that you do the exercise correctly! If the penis turns numb or get black, you are overdoing it and should immediately end the penis enlargement session!


Erect Bends

With these squeezing exercises, you are creating pressure in the penis by bending it upward, downward or sideways at a semi-erect state. It is a simple squeezing exercise and creates a great inner pressure to the corpus cavernosum. They are performed at 80% erect state, or as feel comfortable to get enough pressure. Do not perform these exercises at 100% erect! The risk of damage is too great when bending a stiff penis. DO NOT.


I am ready to gain girth now! How to I implement squeezes?

Any of these exercises should be performed after doing a proper warmup and around 15 minute of wet jelqing to soften all the tissue. The best way to implement them is to put them at the end of a penis enlargement session, complete with warm-up, manual stretching and jelqing, as the corpus and tunica is as most limber then.

A single squeeze session should not last longer than 30 minutes, preferably around 20 minutes. Any longer it is said that the negative effects of blood constriction actually hinder growth.

When first starting out with penis squeezing, due to the amount of inner pressure, red dots is likely to appear all over the shaft and glans. This is perfectly normal. They should appear less and less the longer you do the squeezes. After a couple of weeks, capillars should be strong enough to resist the pressure and red dots should be less common if at all.
