Penis Enlargement - Manual Exercises



Before each penis enlargement session, you should spend dedicated time on warming up the tissue in your dick. This is so important, because it prevent damages by making cells more elastic,  and stimulates growth by substantially increasing blood flow.

Getting a good warm up can be done in several ways, and all of them consists of getting the penis hot. The warm up is done when the penis are red and feel heavier. If this is not attained, you need more warm up. More is way better then less, both for preventing injuries and to get faster gains.

Here some techniques most used to prepare for penis enlargement excercises:

Hot Wrap

Take a wash cloth or something similar, and soak it in hot water (not scalding!). Wrap it around your penis and hold tight for a minute. Repeat this 5-8 minutes, with gradually warmer water. 

Rice Sock

Fill a sock with a cup of uncooked, unboiled rise. Tie or sew it together. Now microwave it for a while until it's hot. Wrap your penis with it. Throw it in the microwave again when it starts to get too cold. This should be applied for 5-8 minutes.

Hot Shower

We think this is among the best techniques, as the temperature is easy to adjust while it gently massages the penis.
When in shower, take down the shower head and aim it at your dick with full throttle. gradually increase the temperature until it is really hot. Do this for 5-8 minutes.
