Penis Enlargement - Manual Exercises



Jelqing is often described as "milking the penis", and should be the foundation of every good jelqing schedule. It is ideal for girth gains, but will give length too. It is best performed in a semi-erect state, 50-80% erect depending on goal, exercises and genetics. Around 50% semi-erection give more length gains, around 75% targets girth. Lube is important when performing these exercises, as it prevents tearing of the skin. Use a lube that is not too slippery, and one that does not evaporate easy. Skin cream, vaseline, baby oil and some lubes are the most commonly used ones. Although there are alot of variations of jelqing, as this jelqing tutorial will reveal to you!


The OK-grip

The OK-grip made when doing manual jelqing exercisesMost exercises are done with an "OK" grip. That is, a circle you make with only your thumb and your index finger. Like you where to masturbate with only two fingers. Which direction should you jelq? That depends alot on what you are targeting. If you want to stretch your tunica, do them straight out. Of you want to hit those ligaments, do them downwards.


Wet Jelq (girth, length)

The wet jelq is the absolute basic manual penis exercise - the foundation of every good penis enlargement program. To follow a schedule that only incorporates warm up, stretching and jelqing can be fully adequate to get good gains. Jelqing provide gains in both length and girth, but it depends a little on how they are done. Doing jelqs when you are between 40 and 60% erect downwards, should lean more to length. Between 60 and 80% gives more girth.

This basic jelqing exercise done by forming an OK hand sign with your thumb and index finger. Now taking a firm grip at the base of the penis, you slowly move the grip towards the glans. When being right under the glans, you repeat the whole exercises with the other hand. Each jelq should take 3-5 seconds for maximum efficiency. Why do we call them wet jelqs? Because they are done with a lubricant.

Every jelqing session consists of between 100 to 400 of these jelqing exercises. Needless to say, that can put a lot of stress to your hands. You will gradually develop a stronger grip to accommodate this exercise. Unfortunately, as your penis gets used to jelqing, more pressure needs to be applied in order to exercise it. Hint: Doing a strong kegel between each repetition, make the penis engorge with blood and make the exercises more intense.


Power Jelq (girth)

This exercises really targets girth, and should be done with a 70-75% semi-erected penis. Make the OK-grip, and grab tightly around the base of your penis. Now do 5 quick hard kegels, only 1/2 second each. This should fill the penis up really good! Now slowly pull toward the base of the head. Reaching the base should take 4-6 seconds. Now grab the base with the other hand, and repeat the procedure.


V-Jelq (vein definition)

This exercises got it's name from shaping your index and middle finger like a V, instead of the usual OK-sign. With your V-fingers hand, you press at the base on the upper side of the penis, while cupping the other hand right beneath it. The you slowly move this special two hand-grip towards the glans, preferably straight out from the body. When the V is right beneath the glans, you hold for a second to really give some pressure to it. After that, you simply repeat the whole exercises with the other hand. in other words, You cup the hand that once where V-formed, and vice versa. One repetition should last about 3-5 seconds, and when done right you should really feel and see the veins engorge. This exercises is also great for girth gains.


Glans Buster (Head, girth)

If you want to target glans gains, this exercises is the way to go. But be careful and do not overdo them. that could result in some nasty bruises on your glans, but no permanent damage should occur. Get your penis to a 70% erect state. Do an really hard kegel, and grab the base of your penis firmly with an OK grip. Now do a 3-4 second jelq toward the base of the glans, and HOLD there for 10 seconds. The glans should be extremely pumped up at this state.Now release and repeat the whole procedure with the other hand. Novices should handly this excercise with caution!
