There are several crucial benefits of manual stretching and jelqing in this schedule. First of all, it fatigues both the tunica and the ligaments in the penis, making them limber and soft. This enables them to be stretched further when we apply the penis stretching device later in the schedule. Second, jelqing promotes blood flow which makes cell generation faster.
Both manual penis stretching and jelqing do produce length gains on their own, but the effect is much, much greater in combination with a penis stretching device.
Penis stretching device - All day stretch is very beneficial!
After we have done a good manual stretching and jelqing session, we optimize the length workout by wearing a penis stretching device as long as possible thorough the day. This is because the stretching device slowly pull the cells apart, making them divide and multiply.
As with stretching the rest of the ligaments in your body, the more time each day you can put on stretching, the better the results.

Length gaining schedule
This jelqing session is to be done in the morning to promote good blood flow thorough the day:- Warm-up of choice for 15 minutes, penis should be red and swollen before proceeding.
- Rotary stretching for 5 minutes.
- Downward stretching for 10 minutes.
- Downward wet jelqs for 25-30 minutes.
Make sure to take the device off every 1-2 hours and massage the penis to stimulate further blood flow. (If you have the time, it's even better to do another warm-up on these breaks).
Ideas for schedule improvement
To further enhance this length schedule, you could throw in a couple of 10 minute downward stretching sessions thorough the day, preferably together with taking off the device and doing the warm-ups. This assures that the ligaments in the penis stays as limber as possible, making the stretching device work at it's fullest potential!
